Model Women’s college (Nursing) started in 2023 with vision to establish a gender-sensitive, progressive, peaceful, and affluent society, wherein women can enjoy their right to education and lead dignified lives. It is managed by Model Education Trust (MET), Surat which was established in 2004.
The College offers higher education exclusively for girls, and thereby contribute tremendously to women empowerment, both in better and in spirit.
The college is running General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) and BSc Nursing program. The college is affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU), Surat. and recognised by Gujarat Nursing council, Ahmedabad, duly permitted by Govt. of Gujarat for its purpose of Nursing education.
Model Women’s college (MWC) is located at Unn Patiya, Surat, which is well-connected to public transport of all kinds.
